Mainly, for commercial customers and domestic clients with larger homes, we focus on boiler installations, boiler replacements, maintenance, repairs, and servicing.

If you’re a multi-portfolio landlord (or with just a single property), RWL offers professional excellence in annual servicing, Gas Safety certificates, as well as repairs and maintenance. Also, any other plumbing and heating services to keep you, and your tenants happy.

We work with electric and combination boilers, fitting key brands such as Baxi, Ideal and Worcester. Get in touch with us if you’re moving into a new home with an old-fashioned boiler and heating system. We’ll design and install a fabulous new, superhero boiler that will last for years.

RWL also installs contemporary heat pumps.

Boiler installations are from £1,999 plus VAT, subject to a full site survey.

This is an entry level price, so costs could change depending on:

• The size of your property (some boilers are more powerful than others)
• The quality of boiler you prefer
• Ease of access (eg flights of stairs)
• Travel costs

Given our long-standing experience,and that we know the range of Ideal, Baxi and Worcester boilers quite literally inside out, RWL will have a near-instinctive understanding of which size, type and specification will suit your needs.

Generally, within a 30-mile radius of Burgess Hill in West Sussex, including all the key areas in West and East Sussex:

Horsham, Heathfield, Henfield, Worthing, Arundel, Haywards Heath, Brighton and Hove, Lewes, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Uckfield, Crawley, East Grinstead.

This list isn’t exhaustive! Plus, depending on the scale and scope of the project, we’re happy to discuss work further afield that takes into account travel costs, including parts of London.

• A basic combi boiler changeover could require 1-2 working days.
• Boiler conversions generally need 3 working days.
• A complete heating installation could take 5-10

It will be short-term, however, and well worth it. Please be assured we’re completely aware we’re in your home.

RWL will take every step to ensure there’s as little mess as possible. Likewise, we promise to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.

As well as removing your old boiler and its parts, we’ll dispose of it carefully and legally. Plus, as well as using dust sheets to protect the surrounding space, and stair runners to protect your stairs, we’ll clear up immaculately at the end of each day.

Two main reasons:

1. To ensure that everything is at peak efficiency – a stitch in time and that kind of thing – and also that the boiler remains safe. After all, it’s a key performer in your home, providing heat and hot water.
2. To keep your warranty. The manufacturer will insist on this; without it your warranty will be void. No need to worry. We’ll provide you with all the documentation you need.

Yes, for an additional cost and (longer) peace of mind, talk to us about extending your warranty.

1. For businesses and residential clients, enjoy your first annual service FREE OF CHARGE if we install your new boiler. You’ll need to book this with us within a year to qualify; plenty of incentive, then.
